Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our ranch within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. As a small, family-run operation, each package is handled with care to ensure your premium teas and sugars arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.  We only ship in the state of Texas.

1-2 Tea items: $6.00 flat shipping cost
3-4 Tea items: $4.00 flat shipping cost
5+ Tea Items: Free 

Please read shipping policy before each purchase as cost may change based on USPS charges.

 

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please email us at teaspoonteastx@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that opened products cannot be returned, as we cannot verify quality integrity once the seal has been broken. Unopened items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the product(s) at the customers expense.
